Dopanix is an ADHD-friendly to-do app built around a weekly board instead of one endless list. Each day gets a capped number of "important" slots plus a plain list for everything else, so the day never looks scarier than it is.
Tap "Break down with AI" on any task and Dopanix uses AI to split it into 3–5 tiny, concrete first steps — each small enough to start in 2–5 minutes. It's built for the moment a task feels too big to even begin, turning "clean the garage" into an ordered list of small, specific actions instead of generic advice.
Yes, creating an account and using the weekly board, capture, streaks, and AI breakdown is free.
A single growing list is one of the most common ADHD failure points — it never ends, so it stops feeling useful. Dopanix caps how much can pile up on any one day and rolls unfinished tasks forward automatically, so nothing gets silently lost and nothing turns into a wall of red overdue items.

Yes. From your profile you can connect with another Dopanix user by email, and once the connection is accepted, share individual tasks with them so they can see your progress.
Your tasks are only used to show them back to you — they're never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train anything. See the Privacy Policy for the full details of what's collected and why.
