About Dopanix

Most to-do apps are built for people who already plan well. Dopanix is built for the opposite case: a brain that gets overwhelmed by long lists, loses track of time, and needs a task to feel small before it feels doable. It's an ADHD-friendly to-do app, and increasingly an AI-powered one — the two goals turned out to reinforce each other.

Why a weekly board

Instead of one infinite list, Dopanix lays your week out like a paper planner: seven columns, a handful of “important” slots per day, and a plain list underneath for everything else. A capped list can't grow into something scary. Unfinished tasks roll forward with one tap, so yesterday never piles up on today — no guilt, no red overdue counter staring back at you.

Where AI comes in

The hardest part of a task is rarely the task itself — it's not knowing where to start. Dopanix uses AI to solve exactly that: tap “Break down with AI” on any task that feels too big, and it's split into 3–5 tiny, concrete first steps you can start in a couple of minutes. No generic productivity advice — just the next physical action, generated for that specific task.

Built to be used, not just installed

Zero-friction capture, a visible daily streak, and a board that works the same way on the web, on Windows desktop, and on Android mean Dopanix is meant to sit in front of you every day — not get abandoned after the first week like most planners do.
